Refund and Return Policy

If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making the purchase.

Proof of purchase

To complete return or exchange, we require an account and an order number for proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Return Process

Goods returned within 14 days of the purchase date will have their original payment method refunded, with the item's original selling price. The order date of the items shipped to the recipient will establish the return windows.
When returning items, there is a $8.95 mailing label fee (This pays for the shipping label we send you via email.).
Allow 7-14 business days for refund processing.

Restrictions

There will be no refunds or exchanges on misused merchandise.
No refunds will be given for returned goods that have been worn, damaged, missing tags, not in their original packing, smell like smoke or perfume, or have animal hair. If your return is rejected for any of these reasons, you may pay shipping to have the item returned to you, or items will be discarded or donated after 14 days
Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, unworn, and in new condition. The shoebox is not considered the shipping box; an additional protective shipping box must be used, or you will not be refunded.
We do not accept any altered items.
Items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items Marked "Clearance" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. No Exceptions.

Shipping items

To return an order, you must contact us first to review your order and send you a shipping label for return.

We Must send you a shipping label via email. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, mis-packaged , or missing items beyond requirements for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items



Please inspect your items immediately when you recieve them!

If you have received a damaged item, a defective item, or the incorrect item, take photos of the defective or damaged item with tags on and the damaged or defective area.

Contact us as soon as possible including any photos to initiate a return and ensure the proper credit.
